Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: Clayton, MO

Salary: $69,900 - $78,000
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday

Focus: The Marketing Specialist is highly engaged in supporting all areas of Winchester marketing, which includes legal agreements, ammunition and merchandise orders, purchase orders, budget reports, planning, and meeting coordination.

Marketing Specialist Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage marketing sample ammunition program tracking and required documentation storage.
  • Support media hunt event coordination, logistics, and payments.
  • Work with marketing vendors to facilitate purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Support Winchester Gear Store operations, including merchandise orders, expense tracking, Winchestergear.com vs. marketing orders, and shipping financials.
  • Support and track marketing department donations.
  • Interface with customer service and shipping to execute ammunition and branded merchandise orders.
  • Compile, verify, and maintain marketing financial reports, create and report monthly journal entries, and manage marketing projects.

Marketing Specialist Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree*; Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum three years of marketing administration, customer service, or related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), detail-oriented, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workload, shift demands, and willingness to collaborate and support team efforts.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%.
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license.

Location-Specific Requirements:

  • This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
