GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The Refurbisher performs a series of operations to prepare fixtures for suitable use during the coating process. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Using small hand tools, power hand tools and supplies, this position will disassemble, refurbish and reassemble fixtures and baffles. * Follows work instructions, Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSP's) and verbal instructions from the Production Supervisor. * Loads, activates and unloads Plasma Etch Systems. (Indy) * Dip rinse fixtures in Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) Solution. (Indy) * Refurbish AP reservoirs per MSP's.(Clear Lake) * Change IPA/Water rinse and 100% recirculating systems beds, filters, and solvents per MSP's. (Clear Lake) * Service PM's on vacuum ovens. (Clear Lake) * Fill all Microsoap and IPA bottles; and stock all work areas with paper towels and razor blades. (Clear Lake) * Maintains a neat and orderly work area. * Adheres to plant and corporate safety policies ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assists in the final inspection of fixture sets. * May clean and/or perform basic maintenance on coating equipment. * May assist in the coating process prep work. * May assemble / prepare new fixturing. * May perform shipping, receiving and other related duties. * May assist in other areas or perform other duties as required by fluctuating business needs. EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general educational development diploma (GED). BASIC SKILLS: * Possesses communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. * Is able to read, write and follow written or verbal instructions. * Is able to speak, read and write English. * Possesses High degree of manual dexterity and hand-to-eye coordination. * Ability to perform basic math functions.
