ResponsibilitiesThe Strategy & Execution Lead is a pivotal Technical Solution Management role reporting directly to the VP of Microsoft Cloud Planning. This role is responsible for defining and deploying strategic initiatives, orchestrating cross-functional execution, and ensuring successful delivery of key outcomes aligned with the organization s OKRs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thought partner and execution leader who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the VP to define and evolve Microsoft Cloud Planning strategy across infrastructure, AI, network, and supply domains. Lead the deployment of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational OKRs. Orchestrate cross-functional programs across MCP, CSCP and other partner teams. Drive governance and execution rigor for strategic programs. Own delivery tracking and reporting for strategic initiatives. Facilitate business reviews and planning cycles, ensuring strategic priorities are reflected in execution plans. | |
