PURPOSE: The Master Scheduler is accountable for leading the finite scheduling function, orchestrating the creation, governance, and continuous improvement of detailed production schedules across multiple lines, products, and sites. This role ensures that tactical supply plans are effectively translated into executable, capacity-feasible schedules. As the manager of the finite schedulers, the Master Scheduler sets the standards for schedule quality, stability, and adherence, driving cross-functional alignment with Operations, Supply Planning, and Commercial teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that customer commitments are consistently met while maximizing utilization of manufacturing assets and enabling responsive, agile supply chain execution. MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISON: Team of schedulers PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Compensation: The expected salary range for this position is $96,000- $113,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
