- Hillcrest HealthCare System (HHS) is comprised of three hospitals in Tulsa and five regional hospitals, including Hillcrest Medical Center, Hillcrest Hospital South, Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital, Hillcrest Hospital Claremore, Hillcrest Hospital Cushing, Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta, Hillcrest Hospital Pryor, Bailey Medical Center of Owasso. Hillcrest also provides comprehensive primary and specialty care services through Utica Park Clinic and Oklahoma Heart Institute.
Reporting to the Regional CFO, this position coordinates with all market stakeholders for the proper approval workflow and execution of all relevant contracts, including but not limited to rents and leases, physician agreements, capital purchase agreements, service agreements, and construction contracts. In addition, the coordinator acts as the liaison between facility management, senior leadership, and vendor services. Coordinates and facilities required documents. This role is responsible for assuring the timely distribution and completion of necessary contracting workflow and paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates contract approval workflows and execution by coordinating with stakeholders across market Operations, Finance, Legal, and Administration.
- Interprets and provides advice on documentation requirements and formatting to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintains accurate contract records and system databases.
- Serves as the market representative for the Contracts function, collaborating with corporate and other market teams.
- Supports special projects and may serve as a liaison for the Region CFO.
- Demonstrates ownership of assignments and performs other duties as assigned.
- Communicates effectively and promptly with internal and external stakeholders; listens actively and shares relevant knowledge.
- Collaborates with leaders, peers, and other stakeholders, reflecting a strong commitment to service delivery.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience.
- Ability to interpret and apply guidelines/procedures.
- Strong contract negotiation and management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in time management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Skilled in knowing protocols of when to escalate matters to leadership.
- Strong command of Excel.
