**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the comprehensive inventory and organization of the product master room, ensuring meticulous labeling and accessibility for all development phases.

* Orchestrate the seamless shipping and receiving of product samples, maintaining precise records and facilitating timely evaluation.

* Actively participate in formula evaluation by swatching and testing, providing crucial feedback to the development process.

* Conduct insightful social listening and consumer feedback analysis on new launches, distilling key takeaways into actionable review summaries.

* Proactively identify emerging market trends through research, translating findings into compelling presentations to inspire new product concepts for monthly team status meetings.

* Develop captivating visual presentations that articulate packaging, formula, and shade inspirations for upcoming innovations.

* Support the review of shade matching submissions under managerial guidance and diligently manage formula submission trackers, ensuring accuracy and progress.

* Serve as a central point of contact for product sample requests from cross-functional teams, efficiently coordinating needs for photoshoots, retailer engagements, and urgent business requirements.

* Maintain and rigorously update the Product Master log and library, including the reorganization of historical masters and precise labeling of all new production masters.

* Assist Product Development Managers in sourcing, purchasing, swatching, and organizing color benchmarks crucial for new product development.

* Provide comprehensive support across various launch and development projects, adapting to evolving team needs.

* Facilitate smooth communication by following up with managers weekly on agenda topics for key status and cross-functional meetings.

* Capture detailed notes and distribute clear recaps for all vendor meetings and presentations.

* Systematically track and organize all samples received from vendor presentations.

* Ensure the product development workspace remains impeccably organized and tidy, reflecting our commitment to efficiency.

* Support Product Development Managers with product swatches and demonstrations as required.

* Handle essential general office tasks, including shipping, filing, organizing, and ordering supplies, ensuring the team has the resources it needs.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 2-4 years of dedicated product development experience, specifically within the vibrant color cosmetics industry.

* Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

* Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing inventory, samples, and documentation.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively supporting a dynamic team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

* Proficiency in creating engaging visual presentations.
