Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Analyst Contractor

-Perform data mining, analysis, and entry within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Conduct quality assurance checks on team data entries using sampling methods. Research and acquire data from ERP systems and other software platforms. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and validation. Distribute workload across a team of three data entry specialists. Ensure weekly adherence to planned completion schedules. Provide intermediate support and guidance to team members. Act as the main point of contact for internal inquiries related to D365 data entry. Review and provide feedback on data submissions from other departments. Escalate complex issues and communicate strategic direction from SNC-VA engineers.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in an engineering discipline.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems highly preferred.

Background in data research, acquisition, and quality control.

Prior experience in a leadership or coordination role is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong Attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Aptitude for mentoring and guiding team members

Comfortable navigating and extracting data from complex software systems
