Test Engineer

Developing comprehensive test and evaluation (T&E) plans, procedures, and strategies
• Ensuring testing activities comply with DoD policies, security requirements, and military standards (e.g., MIL-STD-810/461)
• Analyzing test results to assess system performance, discover bugs or vulnerabilities, and report findings to project managers and other stakeholders
• Understanding the requirements to execute multiple test events on a variety of networks within the Navy
• Collaborating with engineers, analysts, and government personnel to ensure program requirements and objectives are met

• Requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance
• Five or more years of Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment "SSEE" Increment Foxtrot experience
• CompTIA Security+
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to produce executive-level briefings and documentation

• NEC C21A
• Experience supporting Navy NIWC PAC or NIWC LANT programs
• Familiarity with software integration or system engineering programs
• Knowledge of Navy acquisition processes and PMO reporting requirements
