Business Systems Analyst At Rize Credit Union, we're passionate about transforming how technology supports our members and our team. This is a high-impact role where you'll analyze processes, uncover opportunities, and help design and deliver solutions that improve the way we work and serve our members. If you're detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited to contribute to meaningful innovation in financial services, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Do Partner with business and IT teams to gather requirements, map processes, and identify pain points. Translate business needs into clear documentation and user stories. Support the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and processes. Monitor and evaluate solutions, making recommendations for improvements. Build strong relationships across departments and ensure projects are delivered smoothly. Stay current on emerging technologies and credit union industry trends to bring fresh insights to the team. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of business systems analysis or related experience. Symitar Episys experience required. Background in financial services or programming is a plus. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Comfortable with SQL, relational databases, and Microsoft 365 tools. Flexible, collaborative, and eager to learn.
