Position Details Location: Christiana Hospital - Newark Campus Schedule: Day Shift \| 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation Flexibility for off-hours as needed What You'll Do Lead and support Environmental Services staff to ensure a clean and safe hospital environment Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and assignments Train, coach, and evaluate team performance Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards Foster a culture of pride, service, and excellence Collaborate with hospital departments and support accreditation efforts What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or college degree a plus) required 2-5 years of experience in environmental services required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to motivate teams and uphold high standards Knowledge of safety protocols and hospital procedures Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Lift and pull objects up to 40+ lbs Work in hospital environments with appropriate safety precautions Ready to lead with heart and make a lasting impact? Hourly Pay Range: $22.29 - $33.44 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
