The team You'll be part of our Data Governance & Cloud Transformation team, responsible for helping organizations build strong governance frameworks and adopt leading data management practices. The team partners with clients across industries to implement scalable governance platforms, ensure compliance, and enable trusted data-driven decisions. The role As a Junior Data Governance Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading data governance initiatives across enterprise environments. What you'll bring - 5-6 years of experience working with data governance platforms. As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is: $90k-$110k base+ bonus. The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Digital Services bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.
