Pay Range - $130,000 - $160,000 per year (Actual base pay based on factors such as relevant experience, education, market, qualifications, and skills) Sr. Field Applications Manager (SS5562) Minimum 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, preferably in field applications, product support, quality, or technical project management. PCB Engineering and/or Quality Assurance expertise preferred PCB design and layout expertise (Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, Mentor Graphics PADS) preferred Semiconductor packaging knowledge (flip chip, wire bond, wafer level packaging, 2.5D/3.5D IC packaging) preferred Strong comprehension of technical drawings, materials, and product specifications. Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong follow-up practices. Proven written and verbal communication skills Valid U.S. documentation and ability to travel domestically and internationally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems. Must be eligible to work in an ITAR environment 1. Act as the technical point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring clear communication between external stakeholders and internal teams. 2. Deliver engaging presentations on product capabilities, technical solutions, and lifecycle support. 3. Collaborate with sales, R&D, and manufacturing to develop product support strategies. 4. Translate customer requirements into clear specifications and documentation for internal use and vendor communication. 5. Maintain close liaison with manufacturing, product development, and marketing to ensure alignment with current technologies and capabilities. 6. Review technical product designs and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded; support new product introductions and launches. 7. Monitor and report on technical milestones, field issues, and opportunities for improvement. 8. Work closely with quality and manufacturing teams to address post-sale service and support needs. 9. Provide feedback to manufacturing on evolving customer requirements and market trends. 10. Frequent travel required, both domestic and international.
