Position Title: Lab Technician
Wage: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Shift: Weekend Hours: 40 hours per week, weekend shift options: Saturday, Sunday, and 3 additional weekdays at 8 hours/day OR Saturday, Sunday, and 2 additional weekdays at 10 hours/day. QPS Employment Group is hiring a Lab Technician for our client in Waverly, NE. This role involves planting and testing seeds to determine their suitability for processing, as well as ensuring that quality assurance standards are met. Candidates will receive training on specialized procedures and will play a key role in maintaining product integrity. Lab Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Perform plating and testing of seeds to evaluate process suitability and quality. - Collect, record, and analyze data to determine seed viability. - Follow laboratory and production practices with accuracy. - Assist with quality assurance tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
