Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential - and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology - and careers - to the next level.

Build what's next. Create the future of AI Data Cloud-powered supply chain solutions.

At Snowflake, we're not just building the AI Data Cloud - we're shaping how industries solve their biggest challenges with data. Our partner ecosystem is a key driver of that innovation, and we're looking for a bold, creative, and driven Partner Development Manager to help us unlock new market opportunities in supply chain, risk, and compliance.

This isn't just a partner role - it's a chance to lead high-impact work, craft joint solutions with top-tier ISVs, and be part of a team that's transforming how Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing industries operate. You'll work across strategy, partnerships, co-sell, go-to-market execution, and innovation - all while building a career that's anything but ordinary.

If you thrive on challenges, love working across boundaries, and are excited to bring cutting-edge solutions to market and drive successful adoption of solutions for customers, this is your moment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Create and Drive Strategy

    • Own and execute a forward-thinking partner strategy focused on innovative ISVs in supply chain and risk intelligence. You'll help shape how entire industries adopt AI and data to drive efficiency and resilience.

  • Be the Market Maker

    • You'll identify whitespace opportunities, unlock new revenue streams, and bring to life powerful, industry-relevant solutions that create real customer impact.

  • Build & Lead Trusted Partnerships

    • Cultivate strong, executive-level relationships with strategic partners. You'll be their go-to resource, aligning Snowflake's AI Data Cloud with their vision, capabilities, and growth objectives.

  • Lead Joint GTM and Co-Sell Success

    • Collaborate with Snowflake's sales, product, marketing, and industry teams to design and execute compelling go-to-market programs that generate pipeline, expand adoption, and fuel growth. Discover and drive pipeline and the adoption of partner solutions throughout the sales lifecycle.

  • Inspire Innovation

    • Work with partners to imagine and build breakthrough solutions that tackle complex supply chain challenges - from predictive logistics and inventory optimization to supplier risk mitigation.

  • Measure What Matters

    • Drive accountability by tracking partner success metrics, revenue outcomes, and customer impact. You'll manage the full lifecycle - from partner recruitment and onboarding to pipeline acceleration and deal closure.

WHO YOU ARE
  • A creative problem-solver who sees connections others miss and has a track record of taking bold ideas from concept to market success.

  • A hardworking builder who thrives in dynamic environments and rolls up your sleeves to make things happen - fast.

  • A natural collaborator who knows how to work across functions, lead without authority, and get stakeholders aligned and excited.

  • A strategic thinker with deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and how data, AI, and cloud technologies are transforming the landscape.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 10+ years of experience in tech sales, partner development, alliances, or business development - ideally with a focus on cloud, data, and supply chain.

  • Proven success building and managing high-impact GTM partnerships in a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Experience selling or enabling solutions in Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing, with a strong understanding of supply chain use cases like demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, and supplier risk.

  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills - you can speak the language of both business and technology.

  • Technical fluency with data platforms, AI, and cloud infrastructure; you don't need to be an engineer, but you can confidently represent solution value.

WHY THIS ROLE IS CAREER-DEFINING
  • Shape the future of supply chain in the age of AI and data.

  • Create market momentum by building partnerships that define new categories of solution.

  • Work on the edge of innovation with a best-in-class platform and world-class team.

  • Grow your career with high visibility, impact, and leadership opportunities in a fast-scaling company.
