Marketing Manager, Digital & Demand Generation (Hybrid - New York City)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Manager with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, analytics, and project management. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a matrixed organization and is excited to take ownership of diverse marketing projects from conception through execution and analysis. You will be a critical partner to the Director and Associate Director, directly contributing to our consumer engagement and demand generation goals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, focusing on driving consumer engagement and demand generation.



  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives, providing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.



  • Project Management: Serve as the primary project manager for marketing initiatives, coordinating assets, managing timelines, and ensuring successful execution across a complex organizational structure.



  • Content & Creative Collaboration: Partner with internal & external creative and content teams to ensure all digital assets are on-brand, high-quality, and optimized for performance.



  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with and manage expectations of various internal stakeholders.




Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Marketing, with a substantial focus on Digital Marketing and Demand Generation. Ideally in a consumer services
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, navigating approvals and workflows in a large or matrixed organization.
  • Analytics: Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics (e.g., CPA, LTV, ROAS) and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Organizational Resilience: Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously, demonstrating patience, persistence, and strong influencing skills to drive projects forward within a matrixed corporate environment.


Logistics & Compensation

  • Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
  • Work Schedule: This is a hybrid position requiring employees to be on-site two days per week.


The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $50-$60 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
