Teardown Operator

• Disassemble components using hand and power tools, following detailed instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Clean, wash, buff, and blow out parts to remove dirt and solvent.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with 5S standards.
• Ensure production schedules are followed accurately and equipment is shut down when not in use.
• Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools.
• Fundamental reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks consistently.
