Our Client seeks a customer-obsessed Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the transformation of advertiser experiences in the company's key selling partner portal: Seller Central. In this strategic role, you will create a bold "Think Big" future for the new advertiser experience, build a clear plan for migration, and implement scalable communication solutions that drive advertiser success. You will establish strong processes for continuous improvement, lead the delivery of new features and solutions, and track and analyze performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Innovation
- Develop and execute strategies for improving the advertiser experience, starting with customer needs.
- Create a compelling vision for the new advertiser experience and build detailed plans for migration.
- Set up strong processes to ensure excellence during large-scale changes.
- Continuously update strategies to meet changing customer needs and business requirements.
Cross-Team Collaboration and Technical Partnership
- Work closely with Technical Product Managers to define technical requirements and implementation strategies.
- Partner with engineering teams to prioritize roadmap items and drive technical innovation.
- Align technical, business, and customer experience goals across different teams.
- Influence priorities and decisions across multiple teams while building strong working relationships.
Customer Obsession
- Design, test, and scale innovative advertiser experiences in portal environments.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and structured customer feedback.
- Set and maintain high standards for customer experience through clear processes and quality frameworks.
- Lead the launch of new features and solutions that improve advertiser engagement.
Performance Measurement and Optimization
- Own key performance metrics including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Turn complex data into clear insights that help leadership make strategic decisions.
- Identify new trends and opportunities to make portals more effective and improve advertiser satisfaction.
- Work with Analytics teams to build better performance reporting and understand experience trends.
Required Skills:
Strategic Channel Management Experience
- Experience building and optimizing marketing programs, especially portal or UI channels.
- Ability to develop and execute customer-centric strategies.
- Proven track record of delivering results in highly ambiguous environments.
Data Analytics & Insights
- Strong ability to analyze data and metrics (KPIs, reach, engagement, conversion rates).
- Experience translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Capability to drive data-driven decision-making.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Analytics teams).
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in managing complex projects across different teams.
Customer Experience Expertise
- Understanding of customer experience design and optimization.
- Experience in implementing and scaling customer-focused solutions.
- Ability to establish and maintain quality standards and processes.
Technical Understanding
- Knowledge of martech and channel technologies.
- Ability to partner with technical teams on roadmaps.
- Experience in driving technical innovation in digital channels.
Years of Experience
