The Sr. Program Manager provides strategic planning and program design with a youth-focused approach to meet the needs of youth experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness. This position encompasses critical budgeting responsibilities, grant writing, management of complex federal and state funding, personnel management, and tracking of expenses and revenues. The incoming manager will oversee three core programs that support youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Rezek House is a two-year, onsite transitional living program for youth ages 16-21, offering 10 efficiency units for single youth and two one-bedroom units for parenting youth. The Transitional Housing Project provides housing assistance, rental subsidies, and supportive services to youth ages 18-24 living in market-rate apartments throughout the community. Additionally, the Resource Hub serves as a welcoming and safe space where youth can access information, tools, and resources to support their personal growth and stability. Job Requirements:
