Job Description

The Manager of Solution Services is responsible for maintaining and providing human resources necessary in the support of ERP System implementation, support and maintenance. Additionally, resources will support ancillary non-ERP business projects. Typical resources will provide services including: Project Management, Project Analyst, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance and Integration Services. The manager works with the Business Solution, Solution Development and Infrastructure Support groups in order to meet organizational goals. The Manager provides resources to work with user management and staff to assess organizational needs and to determine feasibility of system, process and procedure enhancements and changes. Additionally, this position monitors system performance as well as the level of user satisfaction, participates in Information Service projects as requested, annual planning and budgeting processes, and provides on-going assessment of direct reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems
• 10+ years of experience in information systems, with 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Good knowledge of a wide range of information technologies in a large company
• Good supervisory skills
• Good communication skills
• Good business and organization understanding
• Experience managing multiple vendors and support organizations
