Site Lead

Advantage xPO is seeking an experienced Site Lead to oversee day-to-day facility operations in Sarasota, FL. This hands-on role includes general maintenance, landscaping, and vendor coordination across the main facility and over 40 well sites in the surrounding area. The Site Lead is expected to ensure high-quality workmanship, maintain professional standards, and deliver exceptional service to the client.

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $25-$33/hr

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site contact for facility operations and vendor coordination
• Oversee and schedule subcontractor work
• Perform preventive and general maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Handle landscaping and grounds upkeep at facility and nearby well sites
• Perform light janitorial tasks (restrooms, kitchen, security areas)
• Respond to emergencies and weather-related events
• Track work orders and reporting via CMMS system
• Available for after-hours emergency support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5-7 years of facility maintenance and supervisory experience
• U.S. citizenship and valid driver's license required
• Skilled in general maintenance and use of landscaping equipment
• Proficient with basic computer tools and CMMS systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to manage time effectively
