Planner Scheduler

Advantage xPO is seeking a detail-oriented Planner Scheduler to join our facility maintenance team in Maumelle, AR. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance work using CMMS tools while supporting administrative operations for the Facility Manager.

Pay Rate: $36/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage work orders using CMMS tools.
• Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• Track and ensure completion of preventive maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with customers for work order clarification and updates.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and metrics using Microsoft Office.
• Process and verify daily timesheets.
• Support procurement and manage POs and invoices.
• Maintain safety records and training documentation.
• Organize filing systems and assist with administrative tasks.
• Perform additional duties as needed, with potential for overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years working with MEP systems and CMMS required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Leadership mindset with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.
• Adaptable, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
• Committed to maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.
