The Material Handler is responsible for the efficient handling and movement of materials. This role involves loading, unloading, storing, and distributing materials within the warehouse. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing orders for shipment, and operating material handling equipment such as forklifts. The Material Handler must adhere to safety protocols and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.



  • Safely and efficiently load, unload, move, and store material with the warehouse.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including tracking and reporting discrepancies.
  • Ensure an organized workspace by pick, pack, and prepare inventory, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
  • Examine contents and compare them with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify the accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipments.
  • Properly create and maintain all shipping data to ensure accurate records.
  • Select appropriate shipping methods based on the nature of the items and delivery requirements.
  • Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
  • Use work devices, such as hand trucks and sorting bins, to deliver or route materials to various departments.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support organizational objectives.


Qualifications

REQUIRED



  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Being part of an on-call rotation is necessary, covering nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-engery environment and willing to embrace new challenges.
  • Excellent detail orientatoin and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in both independent and team-oriented tasks
  • Efective communication skills; verbal and written
  • Essential computer capabilities for internal management systems.
  • Competent in lifting and shifting heavy objects. Ability to maintain standing, walking, and bending for extended intervals.
  • Capable working in diverse weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.
  • Able to perform tasks at elevated heights and adacent to water.


DESIRED



  • Preferably, over 2 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is preferred.

Pay Rate Range: $25-27/hour

Bill Rate not to exceed 44% - $36-$38.88/hour

Hours: night shift from 3pm to 11pm

Purpose

The NDT Technician will be required to comprehend specifications to determine testing/inspection procedures and equipment to be used. The candidate must be able to set up and calibrate equipment, conduct tests using the relevant NDT equipment, compare results with specifications/acceptance criteria and record test/inspection data, confer with other NDT or QC technicians and production personnel. Ability to work with minimal instruction and supervision.

Location

Requires daily onsite attendance; this is not a remote-work position.

Functions

ESSENTIAL



  • Work as a team member when performing or witnessing inspection and/or testing for internal and external customers, third parties, customer's inspectors, and engineering/manufacturing representatives.
  • Ability to read drawings, comprehend specifications and tolerances, compare results with specifications and record test data, confer with engineers, technicians, and production personnel as necessary (Interpret inspection results).
  • Demonstrate advanced ability to perform NDT and visual verifications of fabricated and machined parts to acceptance criteria.
  • Receives little guidance, successfully completes tasks as requested and can usually perform the skill independently.
  • Liaise with suppliers as required to ensure good product, documentation and service quality is maintained.
  • Displays ability to make routine decisions on equipment maintenance and calibration.
  • Gives technical guidance to junior NDT technicians as required.

  • Competent in the tasks related to NDT procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to area of responsibility.
  • May be utilized as subject matter expert in NDT.

  • Assist in developing and modifying existing procedures and, work instructions as required.
  • Ensure in date calibrated measuring equipment is used for performing inspection.
  • Problems and issues faced are routine and may include advanced technical troubleshooting and/or problem solving within the NDT field.
  • May assist senior technicians with workflow documentation.
  • May assist QC Inspectors with other activities.
  • Support the customer satisfaction and loyalty processes.
  • Support the organization's drive towards excellence in Health and Safety performance.
  • Support includes but is not limited to participating in STOP observations, reporting HSE observations, attending HSE related meetings, supporting HSE improvement projects and any other related task deemed appropriate by the Manager.
  • Ability to work night shift starting at 3:00 PM.

This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities.

This position will report to the Quality Manager.

Qualifications

REQUIRED



  • Minimum of 2 years combined NDT experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Texas State Industrial Radiographer Certification or ASNT IRRSP.
  • Certified or certifiable in line with ASNT-TC-1A Level II in RT and PT.
  • Basic working knowledge of Digital and Computerized radiographic techniques.


DESIRED



  • ASNT-SNT- TC1A certifiable in the following methods: UT & MT.
  • Certified Weld Inspector Status (CWI).
  • Extensive knowledge and documented training in DR.
  • ACCP Level II in one or more of the following methods: UT, MT, PT, RT, VT.
  • ASNT Level III in one or more of the following methods: UT, MT, PT, RT, VT.

Working Conditions

This position is considered SHOP WORK which is characterized as follows.



  • Generally, work performed indoors (70%) and occasional outdoors (30%). Hours of work depend on shift assigned.
  • Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends if needed
  • Occasional exposure to radiation, airborne dust, and loud noise in the workplace
  • Work surface is stable (flat)
  • Requires a great deal of manual dexterity, such as working with measuring and testing equipment, marking and hand/power tools.

Job Title: Sr Technologist II, System Engineer

Purpose

The Sr. Technologist II, System Engineer Contract-to-Hire role will involve installation, configuration, and daily maintenance of Oceaneering's identity management systems, server operating systems, server virtualization platforms, and other tools associated with infrastructure operations. This role works independently with minimal supervision and will also contribute heavily on IT projects, as well as manage their own projects.

  • Identity and Access Management (on-prem AD, Entra AD, MIM)
  • Automation and scripting using PowerShell and other tools like Orchestrator or Ansible
