Think Bank is looking for someone interested in making a difference in the lives of our customers as a Financial Advisor. You will be our customer's trusted advisor and advocate, working with an established book of business while gaining new customers through collaboration with Think partners and external networking.

  • Enjoy cultivating new relationships while collaborating with other Think partners (mortgage, consumer banking, business banking, insurance)

Education and Experience Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year financial services experience or has obtained professional financial designation
  • FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66
  • Minnesota Life/Health insurance license


Compensation: $95,880 - $116,000, with advancement opportunity based on experience
