Insurance Agent Southern California or Southern Nevada \| Full-time \| Growing Division At Rize Credit Union, we're passionate about protecting what matters most to our members. As part of our expanding Insurance Services division, we're looking for a motivated and client-focused Insurance Agent to help members secure the coverage they need-at the value they deserve. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, working with top-rated insurance carriers to quote, research, and bind personalized policies. You'll guide members through every step, from evaluating risk and ensuring compliance to servicing policies and supporting claims. What You'll Do Proactively sell and cross-sell insurance policies (auto, home, and more) to members and referrals. Partner with ~10 carriers to find the best-fit coverage for each client. Support members with policy changes, renewals, payments, and claims assistance. Conduct property inspections to assess risk and insurability. Build strong relationships with carriers, underwriters, and Rize team members to drive results. Engage in community outreach to promote insurance services. Stay current with industry training, licensing, and product knowledge. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in an insurance agency or related role. Active California and Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance License (required). Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and compliance. Proven customer service and sales skills with a client-first mindset. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus.
