The Operations Manager oversees daily chemical manufacturing operations, including production planning, manufacturing, and maintenance. This role ensures adherence to safety and environmental regulations, drives continuous improvement, and builds a high-performing, accountable team. The Operations Manager works closely with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to meet goals related to production, quality, cost, and safety while fostering a culture of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. * Solid understanding of chemical manufacturing operations, process equipment, automation systems (PLC/DCS-preferably DeltaV), and safe work practices.
