Pay: $25.00 per hour

Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Part-time Program Coordinator for the Evanston campus.

Temporary Job Description:

This position provides program support and day-to-day coordination of the academic and administrative functions for the undergraduate programs within the Department of Communication Studies. The Program Coordinator is responsible for course scheduling, course registration, enrollment, room reservations, and other curricular initiatives. The Program Coordinator will also assist with marketing, student communication, event planning, admissions processing, and other operational efforts related to a new undergraduate certificate program.

Required skills:

  • Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
  • 1 year program/project administration or other relevant experience.
