Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Integrated Primary Care - Belfast

MaineHealth Primary Care, Belfast is seeking a part-time, (4 hours/week) experienced PMHNP to join our Primary Care team in Belfast, Maine. This Integrated position will have flexibility and have responsibility in our Belfast location. This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in providing highly valued psychiatry services within a medical team, as well as the larger Behavioral Health Integration program where education, training, consultation and comraderyare part of the job.

The Maine Behavioral Health Integrated program is one of the largest in the nation, with approximately 110 clinicians providing care at over 75 primary care locations and over 10 specialty offices throughout Maine.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a PMHNP
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a PMHNP
• Experience in a primary care or outpatient medical practice settingpreferred
• Ability to attain (or be currently licensed as) an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License in the State of Maine

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Integrated care for clientson a primary care team
• Psychiatric evaluations
• Medication management
• Consultation to the primary care team
