Position Title: Production Painter
Wage: $16.00-$18.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for precision and a steady hand? We're looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to help a great company in Hazelwood, MO protect, perfect, and transform heavy-duty equipment and structures. Production Painter Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Prepare plastic and foam surfaces by cleaning, masking, and sanding as needed for optimal paint adhesion. - Apply paint and coating evenly using HVLP or air-assisted spray guns in a production environment. - Mix and match paint colors and finish according to specifications. - Inspect finished parts for proper coverage, color accuracy, and quality standards. - Maintain a clean and organized painting booth and work area. - Follow all safety protocols related to spray painting, including PPE use and ventilation procedures. - Perform basic maintenance on spray equipment and notify supervisors of mechanical issues. - Track and record paint usage, job counts, and defects per shift.
