Job Duties include:
Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and demands Ability to communicate effectively Ability to analyze, prioritize, and solve problems Ability to gather data, input data, and prepare reports Ability to foster a cooperative work environment Ability to follow instructions and work with minimum supervision Analyze and resolve customer inquiries for missed or misplaced pick ups and property damages Schedule and dispatch work to numerous employees throughout the day Process and analyze productivity statistics for the district Enter data into various systems accurately and efficiently
Job Requirements:
1 years of clerical, customer service and administrative experience Minimum of 1 year experience in a dispatcher role Proficient with computers including MS Word, Excel, and database software Excellent organizational and administrative skills Proficient in English and Spanish Experience performing dispatching duties preferred Prior experience with data entry and 10-key by touch preferred Ability to work between the hours of 7am-5pm as well as some Saturdays.
