The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is looking for a Briefing Coordinator to handle the creation of briefing materials for the office and its leadership, and support the ongoing strategy development effort required to effectively align future resources to mission priorities. You will leverage your ability to be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Briefing Coordinator will be responsible for a range of essential tasks, with a specific focus on briefing related taskings, creation of whitepapers and communication materials, large event coordination, office-wide coordination of the annual POM input, coordinating and supporting program reviews, portfolio analysis to support strategy development, recruiting prospective program managers, and other ad hoc activities as required. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience providing support and working within a C-suite, SES, or military office
  • Experience effectively communicating complex topics to senior leaders
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, and absorb feedback to rapidly develop written products
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience within the DoD, including in one of the uniformed services
  • Ability to be resilient in a dynamic, in-person work environment
  • Possession of excellent detail-oriented skills
  • Possession of excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
  • Secret clearance
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
