Beverage Cost Optimization Manager

Niagara's Beverage Team manages the service and performance of beverage products for both retail and branded customers. We leverage deep operational expertise, strong product and market knowledge, and trusted relationships to drive growth across the beverage business.

The Beverage Manager of Cost Optimization is responsible for driving operational and financial success by identifying and closing gaps in profitability, service, and efficiency. This role owns the full performance view of each category-financial, operational, and customer-ensuring alignment with Niagara's core competencies.

Working cross-functionally, the Beverage Manager of Cost Optimization will influence and collaborate with teams to deliver on quality, service, and other key success metrics. The role will also design, implement and lead strategic improvement projects to elevate operational efficiency, overall service and profitability.

Essential Functions

  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, service, and profitability.
  • Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, service, cost, and overall operational performance.
  • Provide senior leadership with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support the beverage division's strategic and financial goals.
  • Design, lead, and execute strategic improvement projects that reduce costs, enhance service levels, and drive sustainable growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams-including manufacturing, operations, quality, finance, sales, and supply chain-to evaluate and improve category performance.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business challenges and develop effective, data-based solutions.
  • Ensure all initiatives align with Niagara's strategic objectives and are delivered within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Lead programs and projects using established project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Travel 10-20%

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Certified Lean Manager, preferred
    • 2 Years - Experience in Project Management
    • 10+ Years - Operational management experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • 10+ Years - Operational management experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing
    • 4 Years - Experience in Project Management
    • Six Sigma Certified

Pay Rate Type: Salary $136,778.46 - $198,328.77 / Yearly Bonus Target: 10% Annual
