Job Type: Full-time, Faculty (Open Rank - Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) 100% UHP Start Date: As soon as mutually agreed Position Summary: The Department of Surgery at the University of Missouri Kansas City and University Health Physicians is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Surgical Oncologist with expertise in the surgical management of hepatobiliary, pancreatic, colorectal, breast, and other complex malignancies. The successful candidate will join our multidisciplinary oncology team and play an integral role in advancing surgical oncology services, resident and medical student education, and clinical/translational research. UHP physicians within the Department of Surgery are expected to teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students. The position will include an academic appointment at the University of Missouri Kansas City at the assistant/associate professor level (depending on experience and qualifications).
