Job Description

Benefits:

Signode offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees, which includes health, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, life insurance, wellness perks, and more. Benefits begin the month following the hire date.

Salary:

The annual salary for this position ranges from$134,500 - $150,000 + 10% Bonus Target and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting annual salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.

Essential Functions

  • Lead the full project management implementation lifecycles: planning, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders and act as the primary contact for vendors.
  • Define and monitor project scope, goals, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
  • Drive data migration, system integration, and customizations to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training programs, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Identify, track, and resolve RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) items.
  • Provide regular leadership updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and IT governance policies.
Qualifications

Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other PM certifications preferred.
  • ITIL, IIBA BABOK, or Microsoft certifications (O365, Power BI, D365 ERP/CE) are a plus.

Experience:

  • 6+ years in IT with 4+ years implementing business systems (ERP/CRM).
  • 3+ full-cycle ERP implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations processes.
  • Experience in a global multi-site manufacturing company is a plus
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
