In this dynamic role, you will serve as both a strategist and an executor, leading a portfolio of programs focused on financial strategies and organizational goals. You will deliver hands-on project management support, owning and executing key deliverables for select programs. Your contributions will directly shape the operational landscape, foster innovation, and ensure the successful integration of change across critical initiatives. **What You'll Do:**
* **Lead Program Portfolios:** Manage a comprehensive portfolio of programs, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals and strategic financial objectives.
* **Drive Hands-On Execution:** Provide direct project management support, taking ownership of key deliverables and executing project tasks for selected programs within your portfolio.
* **Cultivate Stakeholder Engagement:** Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across various strategic and operational teams, acting as a trusted advisor and program champion.
* **Analyze Cross-Program Impacts:** Partner with change management teams to build and maintain a clear understanding of cross-program impacts within your portfolio, identifying affected stakeholders and timelines.
* **Measure and Report Success:** Define clear success metrics and rigorously track progress to ensure that all change efforts deliver measurable and impactful business outcomes.
* **Foster Collaboration:** Work collaboratively across diverse teams to ensure deliverables are met, bringing groups together to achieve business goals. **Must-Have Qualifications:**
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
* 2-4+ years of proven experience in portfolio and program management, process improvement, and the successful adoption of new technologies.
* Demonstrated track record of managing complex portfolios and delivering hands-on program work.
* Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and driving its practical use in the workplace.
* Proven ability to lead diverse teams and effectively manage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
* Exceptional ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, including developing long-term plans and executing them effectively.
* Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and foster strong relationships.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience dissecting complex challenges and developing innovative solutions.

* Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
* Strong decision-making skills.
* Ability to thrive and make progress in ambiguous environments.
