Business Analyst

This is a Remote position that will start as a 8-9 month contract and coule extned up to 18 months.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Solution Management team. This team serves as the vital link between business strategy and engineering implementation, primarily focusing on a leading HR technology platform's core functionalities. You will be instrumental in translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of our HR systems. Your expertise will be crucial in high-impact projects, including major system upgrades, global payroll transformations, and continuous feature enhancements.

What You'll Do

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and system enhancements, ensuring quality and alignment with business needs.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to validate the feasibility of proposed solutions and ensure successful implementation.
• Drive business communication and foster strong stakeholder engagement across various departments.
• Conduct in-depth analysis, develop comprehensive recommendations, and present findings to inform strategic decisions.
• Proactively address access issues and provide expert troubleshooting for live site operations, ensuring system stability.
• Contribute significantly to strategic projects such as major HR system upgrades, multi-wave global payroll transformations, and the implementation of new features from the backlog.
• Demonstrate immediate impact with minimal ramp-up support, quickly integrating into ongoing initiatives.
• Effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Deliver accurate and actionable analysis that drives informed decision-making.
• Skillfully manage both reactive troubleshooting and proactive feature development tasks.
• Collaborate smoothly and effectively with global teams, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors
• Experience with Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0
• 8-10 years of proven expertise in analytical skills and testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated proactivity, requiring minimal hand-holding, and a strong ability to work independently.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate complex, evolving project landscapes.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective partnership across diverse teams.
