Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in a Medical Clinic or previous experience working as a receptionist, or similar administrative setting * Proficiency with: Microsoft Office Suite and data base input * Superb communication skills and the ability to handle high level of interaction amongst several entities, both internal and external to the University * Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties and delegate appropriately * Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information Additional Requirements CampusHealth Sciences Center (HSC) - Albuquerque, NM DepartmentIM COEHP (852F) Employment TypeStaff Staff TypeTemporary - Full-Time StatusNon-Exempt PayHourly: $17.39 - $22.07 Benefits EligibleThis is a benefits eligible position.
