Overview
To maintain an effective filing system for employee records. To perform accurately and timely Compliance data entry and assist with various office management functions. Works under direct supervision. * Scans and links office staff and field staff compliance records in accordance with established procedures. * Enters and process Compliance related forms for status updates, such as; in-active status, reactivation and termination * forms. * Works collaboratively with Employee Health Services and Benefits Department to process clearances for all field staff who are requesting to return to work. * Logs all terminations and review personnel files to ensure return of photo ID badges according to established procedures. * Assists the Compliance Department with audits, such as pulling employee related files from ImageNow. * Provides relief for the reception area as needed. * Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalency required Work Experience: One (1) year related work experience required Pay Range USD $15.79 - USD $19.73 /Hr.
