Job Summary
The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in advancing medium- and heavy-duty electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure initiatives. This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, driving outreach and project initiatives, and supporting the development of innovative solutions that promote sustainable transportation. Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, government entities, and industry stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand EV infrastructure programs through market research, outreach campaigns, and execution of engagement strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to diverse audiences, including senior executives, effectively conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to EV infrastructure deployment, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Analyze data to assess project performance, market trends, and stakeholder needs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with sustainability and clean transportation goals.
Job Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships across diverse groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to learn and navigate complex systems.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; able to adapt style for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in business development or outreach, preferably within electric vehicle, trucking, or clean transportation industries.
- Driver's license required (not for day-to-day job use).

Additional Job Details
- Work arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote; Tuesdays and Wednesdays required in office).
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Overtime: Not required.
- Travel: Possible, though minimal.
- Assignment length: 6-12 months, with potential for full-time employment based on performance.
- Compensation: $44-$55 per hour.
- Team environment: Small core team with additional collaborative engagement throughout the week.
- Interview process: Behavioral interview (1st round), case study panel interview (2nd round), and department interview (3rd round). References requested at final stage.
