Job Summary We are currently hiring an Employee Relations Representative for our Advantage Technical team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. This individual will act as the primary contact for all employee relations for assigned temporary employee population. Will be responsible for consistent standards and responsibilities in employee care and meet or exceed our employee's expectations with overall professionalism, relationship building and responsiveness. Essential Duties Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
- Conducts new hire orientation including review of the employee guide for temporary employees, completing new hire documentation, and providing education on all aspects of the client and Company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for facilitating background/credit checks and drug screens as required.
- Respond promptly to all employee inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Responsible for first line of response in resolving any employee payroll issues.
- Serve as employee liaison through established standards of communication.
- Upon request, participate in screening of applicants/candidates and conducts reference checks.
- Assist in gathering and entering employment data for reports and analysis as required.
- Ensures that exit documentation is recorded in applicable software
- Performs data entry into system of record to ensure all staff is up to date on employee status and communications.
- Partners with Corporate to review and resolve employee concerns following established investigation methods.
- Escalates issues to leadership based on nature, seriousness, and scope of issue.

Ability to handle confidential information, have a basic understanding of employment laws and regulations, be adaptable in changing situations, have warm and agreeable interpersonal skills and ability to effectively listen, ability to build coalitions and earn the trust of others and encourage teamwork, and the ability to be proactive and reactive in problem solving. We also desire 2 years of recruitment experience or an Associates degree with equivalent experience and prior customer service experience with general Human Resources knowledge.
