Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Content Manager to lead the creation, optimization, and execution of world-class product content across Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, Costco.com, SamsClub.com, and other key retail eCommerce platforms. This role will own digital merchandising for multiple major brands, ensuring that Product Detail Pages, images, titles, bullets, copy, A+ content, brand stores, and brand stories are optimized to drive traffic, conversion, and brand consistency. You will be responsible for implementing SEO best practices, AI-assisted optimization, ongoing A/B testing, and performance reporting to ensure our online presence delivers measurable results. The ideal candidate has both analytical skills and creative awareness, thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment, and has proven experience managing content at scale for national retail accounts. Responsibilities: E-Commerce Merchandising * Develop and maintain best-in-class Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for all SKUs across Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, Costco.com, SamsClub.com, and other online retail platforms. * Write, edit, and optimize titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and keywords to improve discoverability and conversion. * Manage image and video assets, ensuring visual consistency, compliance with retailer requirements, and alignment with brand guidelines. * Create and update A+ / Enhanced Content, brand store pages, and brand story modules to elevate brand experience. * Plan and execute seasonal updates for key shopping periods (Prime Day, Back-to-School, Black Friday, Winter Holiday, etc.). SEO + AI Optimization & Integration * Conduct retailer-specific keyword research to improve organic search rankings. * Apply SEO principles to copywriting for titles, bullets and backend search terms. * Leverage up-to-date skills to maximize the positive effects of growing AI-assisted shopping habits. * Monitor algorithm changes on retailer platforms and adjust strategies accordingly. Experimentation * Develop and manage a robust experimentation (A/B testing) calendar to evaluate copy, imagery, layout, and enhanced content elements. * Partner with analytics and media teams to assess test results and identify conversion drivers. * Implement successful experiments into standard content templates for scalability. Reporting & Content Scorecards * Maintain and distribute content health scorecards that measure accuracy, completeness, SEO performance, and compliance across all listings. * Track KPIs including conversion rate, organic ranking, share of search, and content compliance scores. * Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on performance data. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 3-5+ years in ecommerce content management, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG). * Proven experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Walmart Seller Center; experience with Target, Costco, and Sams Club ecommerce are also valued. * Strong copywriting and editing skills with an understanding of SEO for retail media. * Proficiency with content syndication platforms (e.g., Syndigo, Salsify) and/or analytics tools (Amazon Brand Analytics, Stackline, Helium 10, Pacvue, DataHawk, etc.). * Data-Driven Decision Making - Comfortable using performance analytics to guide content strategy. * Cross-Functional Collaboration - Strong communicator able to work with marketing, creative, sales, and external agencies. * Organized & Efficient - Able to prioritize, plan, and execute content updates across multiple brands and retailers. * Innovative & Curious - Eager to experiment, test, and apply new technologies to improve performance. * Familiarity with current trends in AI assisted shopping. * Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting ecommerce metrics. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail. Hours, Location and Pay: We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works standard business hours Monday through Friday either remotely or at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility. If remote, periodic travel to Little Chute will be required.
