Licensing Excellence is a team of patent licensing, contract management, and royalty management professionals playing a key role in the execution of Nokia Technologies' strategy and the licensing of Nokia's valuable portfolio of technologies globally. The Licensing Excellence team is responsible for driving best practices in the patent licensing operations of Nokia Technologies. The team is responsible for governance of patent licensing operations, contract management, and royalty management. In this role, you will work with a wide network of stakeholders within Nokia Technologies and other Nokia business groups supporting negotiations of specific intellectual property transactions, primarily patent license and related agreements, as well as helping develop best practices in patent licensing operations in Nokia Technologies. You will help protect the long-term interests of Nokia's patent licensing business, contribute to strategic decision-making by senior leadership in Nokia Technologies, and engage with other Nokia business groups in relation to the acceptability of intellectual property terms of business transactions in so far as they affect Nokia Technologies.
