What You Will Do as a Warehouse Specialist at CritiCore:

  • Oversight of timely and accurate receiving of incoming products utilizing company ERP system; accurate, on-time shipment of orders to meet customer requirements, ensures cycle count process meets Controller goals.
  • Assisting in coordinating warehouse resources/schedules in Supervisor absence
  • Scheduling daily flow of picking and shipping for distribution order selectors, shipper and property marking associate
  • Weekly productivity reporting
  • Oversight of training and documents for all reporting employees
  • Perform and support all job requirements as directed by Supervisor or Manager.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficient in usage of PC applications including MS Office Suite
  • Proficient in usage of BC ERP system.
  • Proficient in usage of UPS and FedEx software and procedures in shipping.
  • Proficient in usage of customer specific software and shipping requirements.
  • Must have a working knowledge of forklifts (and be certified to operate one) along with other material handling equipment.
  • Understanding and application of company procedures on inventory movement, including cycle counts.
  • Maintains current understanding of OSHA regulations relevant to our business

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creates and coordinates daily picking assignments/batches for Order Selectors.
  • Ensures daily picking requirements, set by Supervisor and Manager, are met.
  • Coordinates daily LTL/FTL shipments.
  • Assisting Supervisor:
    • BC shipping, receiving & inventory control as needed.
    • Ensure orders are shipped on time, per requested ship date, and packaged per customer specific instructions.
    • Ensure that all shipping documents follow CritiCore retention/storage procedures
    • Knows and follows all safety requirements to ensure worker safety and OSHA guidelines.
      • Enforcing safety guidelines and regulations.
    • Other duties as requested by supervisor.
  • Provides on the job training for new and current employees.
