Patient Service Representative Location: Poway, CA 92064 Workplace Type: On-site Start Date: 10/13/2025 Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Duration: 6 months Employment Type: Contract About the Role Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Patient Service Representative, where you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for patients. What You'll Do * Coordinate Scheduling: Manage patient appointments, reminders, and wait times. * Patient Interaction: Greet patients, handle check-in/check-out, and maintain accurate records. * Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and assist with billing inquiries. Qualifications * Experience: Expert-level experience in patient service, insurance verification, and scheduling coordination. * Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively. * Preferred: Bilingual communication skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
