Location(s): Austin, TX

(Hybrid: 2 days per week)


Job Description:



  • Contractor Role: Operations Analyst - Data Integrity & Reporting


Position Overview

We are seeking a contractor to support Engineering Operations with a focus on data validation, operational reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This role is critical in maintaining accurate employee and team data across systems, producing actionable reports, and supporting operational workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Review and reconcile discrepancy reports related to employee roles, team assignments, and system records.
  • Validate data across platforms including ServiceNow WFM, Magnit, Workday, and Adaptive Planning.
  • Generate and maintain reports for headcount tracking, team metrics, and financial planning.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring accurate role and team assignments.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Engineering Operations to resolve data inconsistencies and improve data workflows.
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails for manual reconciliations and data corrections.
  • Assist in vendor and contractor data validation and reporting.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in data operations, reporting, or analyst roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, graphs).
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Workday, and Adaptive Planning.
  • Experience with ServiceNow WFM and Magnit platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • High School Diploma required. Associates degree preferred.

Location:


  • Hybrid (in Austin Office - 2 days per week - (Central Time Zone hours preferred).
