Helping Our People Thrive - wellbeing ensures our employees feel seen, heard and valued Steelcase offers competitive wages and benefits, to support your life in and out of work Learning is the foundation of everything we do, and there is no shortage of development opportunities to grow and upskill Culture is a lifestyle at Steelcase and we live it every day Opportunity to make an impact on the world through Steelcase's commitment to people and planet Supporting Meaningful Work - work brings deeper motivation, purpose and fulfillment to our lives Update desktop environments and provide advanced troubleshooting Collaborate with developers and design/build teams to support application changes Manage daily processing of business applications and resolve or escalate issues Log and escalate incidents, aiming to reduce future escalations through documentation Maintain technical documentation for procedures and instructions Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support schedule, including nights and weekends Minimum Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Information Systems) 1-2 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with operating systems and file structures Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally Reliable transportation for travel between nearby plants Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
