Minimum Qualifications

Graduation Date

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at a nationally accredited program.
• Actively enrolled in a degree seeking program at the time of application and throughout the duration of the internship or co-op position.
• Preferred majors for this position: Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Engineering Science
• Preferred academic standing for this position: December 2026 - May 2027 Graduates

Work Authorization/Sponsorship

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead the development of Subscale personnel and operational processes within the manufacturing plant, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and team empowerment to support scalable production capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional product implementation efforts, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver flawless execution from concept to launch.
• Manage quote request workflows, acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the development team to ensure timely, accurate, and strategic responses that align with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Drive innovation and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and overall business performance, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices.
