Administrative and Reports Specialist

We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative and Reports Specialist for our Knoxville, TN office. This is an excellent opportunity to join and grow EnSafe, getting involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients across the globe.

As an Administrative and Reports Specialist, you will work on a wide range of projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will:

• Process reports - formatting, confirming appropriate styles, and compiling reports (electronically in PDF format and/or printed hard copies in binders).
• Grammar/Syntax review of documents, reports, letters, proposals, etc.
• Conducting data entry.
• Organizing and maintaining confidential client files.
• Assisting staff with internal overhead processes (travel scheduling, scanning reports/documents, photocopying, expense reports, etc.).
• General office duties (phone, mail, FedEx shipping, filing, production of training materials, stocking break room items and supplies, etc.).
• Other general duties that arise.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Minimum Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint).
• Must be a highly organized and meticulous individual; able to collaborate effectively with multiple offices at one time, manage multiple tasks and assignments; ability to work with strict deadlines/under pressure, have a pleasant, can-do attitude, and use critical thinking.
• A college degree is a plus but not required.
