The Water Management Operator is responsible for managing the start-up, maintenance, and shutdown operations of Water Management treatment facilities, ensuring seamless functionality, quality product management, optimal productivity, and adherence to regulatory standards through meticulous data recording, comprehensive reporting, Root Cause Analysis, emergency response, and maintenance coordination for continuous improvement in Water Management treatment operations. The role responds to emergencies, such as equipment failures or contamination incidents, implementing established protocols to effectively address and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the safety and integrity of Water Management treatment processes. The role maintains precise documentation of Water Management treatment processes, test outcomes, and equipment maintenance, producing reports tailored for regulatory compliance and internal tracking to ensure comprehensive record-keeping and adherence to standards. The role follows regulatory policies and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of Water Management treatment facilities, maintaining compliance with industry standards and fostering a secure working environment.

* Conducts start up, maintain, and shut down operations for facilities, conducts weekly documented safety visits ensuring seamless functioning in both standard and emergency situations, contributing to the efficient and safe management of water treatment processes.

* Administers daily tasks including routine housekeeping, testing, and meticulous data recording, upkeeps general lease site (fences, signs, weeds, trash) and understands the Lock Out Tag Out processes to ensure a clean and organized work environment and contributes to the efficient operation of water treatment facilities.

* Verifies data and develops comprehensive reports detailing daily operations, current conditions, and shift turnover notes, facilitating clear communication and smooth transitions for effective collaboration among team members in the water treatment facility.

* Conducts production test, conducts AVO's and LOTO's on a weekly basis, performs minor repairs, reports equipment malfunctions to senior Water Operators, ensuring swift repair and maintenance actions for centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, horizontal pumps and other equipment, documents maintenance activities and reports any issues affecting water treatment efficiency, thereby enhancing the operational efficiency of water treatment facilities and the overall effectiveness of the system.

* Responds to emergencies like equipment failures or contamination incidents, implements established protocols to effectively address and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the safety and integrity of the water treatment processes.

Education:
* High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) is required.

Experience:
* 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in E&P Operations specializing in areas such as Water Treatment Facilities, Well Operation and Management and
