Interactive Producer

Advantage Technical is hiring an Interactive Producer to join a collaborative team working on high-impact training and communication solutions. This role blends design, technology, and production-perfect for someone who's both visually driven and technically skilled.

Pay Rate: $44.69/hour

What You'll Do

• Develop high-end interactive training, communication, and reference materials using Articulate 360 and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Design engaging user experiences including layout, navigation, timed interactions, and instructional content
• Produce multimedia content by assembling and publishing final programs based on visual and content design documents
• Maintain high design standards, following established brand and style guidelines across all assets
• Manipulate various media types: text, graphics, video, animation, audio, and motion design
• Optimize and compress multimedia files for performance and compatibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including art directors, instructional designers, programmers, and project managers
• Act as a central point of contact for interactive design questions, approvals, and solutions
• Stay up-to-date with design tools and emerging technologies, including AI integration in multimedia production
• Provide regular updates to supervisors on project status, timelines, and potential roadblocks

What You Bring

• 3+ years of web/multimedia design and production experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and MS Office
• Solid working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and modern web development practices
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, best practices, and tools
• Experience in using design tools with AI functionality is a plus
• Basic understanding of coding languages and development methodologies
• Ability to fabricate interactive elements from templates or from scratch
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in automotive or training industry is a bonus
• Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
