Essential Functions: Previous experience in molding or related manufacturing roles preferred, strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, able to stand for the duration of the shift. Must have prior experience in preparing materials for painting and be skilled in sanding and grinding. This role is critical to ensure that all surfaces are properly prepped and meet quality standards before finishing. We have tons of perks!
